I am saying that equal protection of our own laws means our legislators can fix basic Standards for unemployment compensation in our at-will employment States which can solve simple poverty in a market friendly manner under our form of capitalism.

It doesn't. With equal protection of our own laws we could abolish statutory minimum wage laws in favor of a fixed Standard for unemployment compensation by our legislators. A simple solution for capitalism's natural rate of unemployment using existing legal and physical infrastructure.

Suspending free markets even in war is not necessary but was a choice and a stupid choice. Capitalism is not a force of nature you get that right.
