Let's put it this way, I don't think any wish hyperbole or not is any more immoral because of a position somebody holds when compared to somebody making the same wish on another because of opinion. Both are equally bad.no you didn't....you never said it was "bad".....and immoral was only a vague nothing:
not a statement as to anything in this thread
and i get your point...it is some moral whatever or whatever.....but i, damo, will only make a point because you can't make threats against the prez....
so don't hop on your moral high horse and then end with but, but...the prez.....that is not morality, that is legal
Although, hyperbole does show that they were really not actually wishing for a death to occur, just stressing something using exaggeration. People use this in conversations all the time. People need to stop equating the government of the US to Nazis, then ironically having the other side wish them dead for their opinion. It's a weird circle that really doesn't deserve this much conversation.
Immoral = bad IMO. And it is my experience that many people will do things I consider immoral regularly. I am not, however, ever going to be in the position where I will wish to force my morals onto another except in cases where I can help a victim. This lady is not any sort of direct victim of this "wish"...
Let people do as they will so long as they hurt no others.
