I don't believe polls, but DEMOCRATS do. Here's what's making them pivot and deflect

ONLY $1.3 TRILLION? WE'D BETTER ASK SOROS TO HELP BRIBE MORE ELECTION WORKERS

DEMOCRATS' internal polling shows swing voters believe party went 'too far' on COVID.

The DCCC, which is the main campaign arm for House DEMOCRATS and is currently chaired by New York Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney, worked with outside consulting groups to conduct an online poll of voters in the 60 most competitive House districts for the upcoming 2022 midterms.

The poll was conducted from mid-January to early February, had approximately 1,000 respondents and a 3.1% margin of error.

Findings from the poll were presented to DCCC officials Thursday morning.

The poll found that that 57% of voters in competitive congressional districts agree with the statement, "DEMOCRATS in Congress have taken things too far in their pandemic response," and 66% of self-defined "swing" voters in competitive districts agree with that statement. White and Hispanic voters in competitive districts were equally as likely to agree (59%)

Discuss.

The DCCC found that critiques of COVID-19 restrictions were slightly less potent than other issues.

In swing districts, 64% of voters agreed with the statement that "DEMOCRATS in Congress support defunding the police and taking more cops off of the street."

The internal poll found that 80% of self-defined swing voters in competitive districts agreed with the same statement.

Sixty-two percent of voters in contested districts agreed with the statement, "DEMOCRATS in Congress have created a border crisis that allows illegal immigrants to enter the country without repercussions and grants them tax-payer funded benefits once here."

Seventy-eight percent of swing voters in those districts agreed.

The WOKE have been unsuccessful in their attempts to drum up violence from the Anti-Woke (now known as Alt-Right) .....this is a huge problem for the Revolution.

I have seen reports that American confidence in the military is plummeting...this is another huge problem with their plan for staying in power.....for rubbing out opposition.

Sixty-one percent of swing district voters agreed with the statements, "DEMOCRATS in Congress are spending money out of control," and, "DEMOCRATS are teaching kids as young as five Critical Race Theory, which teaches that America is a racist country and that white people are racist."

59% agreed with the statement, "DEMOCRATS are too focused on pursuing an agenda that divides us and judging those who don't see things their way."

If the D's would have to rely on a honest ballot box to stay in power they would be in trouble.

DEMOCRATS Roll out a Desperate Strategy to Deflect Blame for Their Failures

I BLAME TRUMP, COVID, TRUMP, JANUARY 6TH, AND TRUMP

Unless the goal is to receive backslaps from a sycophantic mainstream media, it’s not a good time to be a DEMOCRAT.

Things have collapsed in ways that didn’t seem possible over the last six months.

Sure, it was expected that the party in power would see some regression, but at this level?

Inflation continues to be a top concern, with January’s number clocking in at another multi-decade high.

People are seeing their buying power eroded, and with gas prices set to explode further over the next year, there is no relief in sight.

Meanwhile, Russia is (or isn't, depending on which DEMOCRAT you ask) on the verge of starting a major war in Europe, Afghanistan is now a terror state, the border is in shambles, and COVID-19 has killed more people under bungling Biden, with "vaccines available", than under the real president.

Yeah, things are bad, and when things are bad, desperation sets in.

That’s the theme of the latest strategy by DEMOCRATS to try to deflect blame for their failures.

Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) provided a perfect example on Friday of exactly what that looks like.

donkeys are doomed to overplay their hands, they never fail and actually double down at every turn.
i guess we shall see if they learn anything after November.

Do you think they forgot how to "find" enough ballots to "win" critical races in the wee hours of the mornings following Election Day?

I think its a whole lot easier to do in literally 5 buildings than it is nationwide not to mention cheaper. Deep pocketed interests had a real need to control the Oval office, the same does not apply to Congress. Foreign policy is made by the president if you get my meaning.

You might be right.

That was Old America.....now it is done by bureaucrats.....just look at what they did to Trump.

Presidents now either obey are they get ignored and shafted.

So, let me get this straight. DEMOCRATS control both branches of partisan government (Congress and the executive), yet it’s the job of Republicans to propose solutions for problems that the DEMOCRATS caused (and continue to cause)?

To borrow a Southern phrase, that dog won’t hunt.

It’s not only nonsensical given the power dynamics, but it also absconds from the fact that DEMOCRATS won’t listen to anything Republicans suggest anyway.

That is hurting the Democrats. Democrats are helped by the fact that most swing voters don't believe in all the election fraud lies.

The most important factor is simply that the president's party almost always loses seats in mid-term elections. If the Republicans win the House that gives us divided government--keeps both parties from doing anything stupid. It won't really matter how big the Republican majority is in the House since they can't pass anything over Biden's veto. They have more influence in the Senate.

Think so?
