Ukraine DM Oleksii Reznikov told parliament on Friday that there is a low probability of any major escalation with Russia. He added that Ukraine intelligence sees every move made in the area.

Tensions at the Russia-Ukraine border have been ongoing, with several Western nations repeatedly predicting a huge war. Ukraine has chided those nations for causing a panic.

Predictions of such a conflict go back years, and while previous Ukraine officials had similar pessimism about it, more recently officials see a lot more chance for diplomacy.

President Biden again predicted a Russian invasion Friday, noting a Russian offer to talk later this month and suggesting there’d be no point if invasion happens first. Ukraine’s own assessment is clearly far afield of America’s.

Did the Ukraine spokesman explain why the Kremlin is putting out propaganda warning of an imminent Ukrainian attack on the Donbas and instructing the inhabitants to flee? The FSB(?) even took the trouble of blowing up some old jeeps and blaming it on Kiev.

THAT'S what is bothering me. What is Putin up to?

Metadata from the messaging app Telegram indicates that pro-Russian separatist leaders created videos ordering "emergency" evacuations from eastern Ukraine two days ago [Wednesday] but posted them on Friday, Bellingcat first reported and Axios can confirm.

What I would do would be to end the military exercises, as stated , not invade Ukraine, as stated- and thereby make Biden and his NATO sycophants appear to be the aggressive bunglers that that are.
Then I'd take control of Ukraine through internal politics- so ending any future prospect of a NATO Ukraine which would certainly result in thermo-fucking-nuclear war.

Still- what else is fucking up the world while NATO earns billions for its corporate arms dealers ?

most likely it wasnt Russian GRU. more probably if it was even a false flag it was by Russian separatists themselves to draw Russian troops across the border
which would push back Ukrainian forces fighting the separatists

Ukrainian forces are become much better armed since we sent them 1/2 the Pentagons weapons
LDNR has been escalating for 2 weeks now - lots more shelling.
Why would Russia want them to evacuate? If Russia crossed into Ukraine the sepratists woul have plenty of firepower and Russia would want them there
