Russia Could Invade Ukraine This Weekend

"maximum freeze" is around the 25th. Russian exercises are scheduled to end on the 20th..
so RUSSIAN INVASION!! is imminent before then ( by these calendar dates)

Is there some claim that Russian tanks are too heavy for Ukrainian soil any time but winter?

What is this claim that Putin would only do this in Winter, or would try to only do it in Winter, based upon?

EDIT: Has anyone heard of roads?

I am right a high percentage of the time, which is the ultimate proof of education.

Get Bent.

On primetime Fox they are, and seemingly here also, haven't seen any of those posters who lean left saying this is all about fear mongering, Wagging the Dog, enforcing Russiaphobia, that belongs to those leaning right, and as I noted, they will be the first here to start crying that Biden gave the Ukraine to Putin
what? Have you even bothered to look at US Democatic Senators statements?
And Biden has been the chief warmonger with his "Imminent sack of Kyiv" garbage .
It got so bad Zelensky told him to cool it

China is the threat. not Russia. but shoving Russia around without any concern for their legit security needs
drives China and Russia together.

They are both challenges for the Western democracies, and they never united but neither that far separated

And the bit with "legit security concerns" is 20th Century thinking, do you think that Putin is overly concerned that the West is going to invade Russia anytime soon? He is pimping this to deflect off of Russia's recent economic downturns and Covid problems

well I disagree.
Putin would much rather not be an inferior partner to China's economy - but he has nowhere else to go
ending sanctions, especially on banking and the oligarchs allows trade with the west and at least weakens those ties

What Putin and Russia wanted is irrelevant...they got the reality that exists....as Putin knows.

The thing you must remember is that both the Chinese and the Russians have been though very hard times (the Russians more recently), and that they are very practical people, they dont get hung up on "what I want" as the dying West does.

Which the right, and you are here, claiming is fear mongering and Russiaphobia, and as I noted, if such occurs, the right, and you, will be yelling that Biden let Putin have the Ukraine

Oh low IQ boy, the Ukraine was part of the soviet union and had the same tanks

so Biden's fearmongering doesn't count??
Menendez and some other Dems are also pushing "pre-sanctions"

Russia has vastly improve it's tanks from the days of the USSR -they are some of the best in the world

Russia's success in military transformation even under sanctions and with not a lot of money available is far and above what any Western nation could manage.

Food for Thought.

I beg to differ, Putin wants to restore the old Soviet Union and Ukraine is a central part of that. He also realises that he's an old man now and may not be around much longer to achieve his legacy.

No.

Putin is not an idiot, he does not drive via rear view mirror.
