Craig birther appeal dismissed

interesting to order the dc to amend to "without prejudice"

IOW....this case was not decided on the merits

further...this case is not specifically about obama....so your title is misleading

the courts simply held they didn't have subject matter jurisdiction over the issue, Christie.....afraid you can't draw the conclusions you want from this decision.....

You really shouldn't try to tell me what I've concluded. This business came about because of Obama. If you think differently, who does it refer to?

Lacked standing to file suit over...?

do you have me confused with Yurt?.....look, I'm just pointing out to you that this decision settles no issues regarding Obama's birth certificate, much as you'd like to believe it, it simply isn't over....all the court said was Craig lacked standing to sue....they didn't even block him from starting another suit himself.....

I never said everything was over since the suit was dismissed. I believe this type of suit will continue to crop up for a long time. I'm just showing that every time the higher courts got an appeal like this, the plaintiff lost.

I hope Craig does refile, in fact, I read the SC may look at this in conference in September. I wish the SC would take on every single case that alleges Obama isn't qualified by birth to be president. Every time the plaintiffs lose is just another strike against their preposterous conspiracy theory.

Actually, the issue re: the birth certificate was settled for me a long time ago. It's real and Obama is a natural-born citizen. :pke:

Try to grasp the concept of a facetious comment.

The only reason this doofus filed the suit was because he's attempting
a roundabout way of "proving" Obama isn't a natural-born citizen.

of course....but as i said....this has nothing specifically to do with obama....and your claim of it being a case dismissed on a birther issue is false...

the issue is solely about the court's defining what is a natural born citizen

the case has ramifications beyond obama.....

why?...just because that's more expensive than Obama calling up the governor of Hawaii and saying, "hey, as a special favor just for me, would you let em in to look at it?".......

Filing the suit isn't your expense so why do you care? And if there's any credible reason for the SC to consider these cases, money shouldn't be an object against justice.
