Things were running smoothly (economically) and general attitude was upbeat before the China virus. Presidents with that advantage generally get a second term.
Hard to say, but my money's on a second term, no matter the opponent. It's hard to motivate "change" when things are going well. But that's just my opinion.

Possible but I think this is a unique situation and Jan 6 makes a difference. Trump only ever beat one weak candidate (Hillary) and once the people saw how he behaved he lost to a weaker one.
