Faith is not required here. There is no circular argument (also known as the Argument of Faith), which, by the way, is not itself a fallacy. ?A->A is a perfectly legal equation in logic.
The DNA of a fertilized cell is unique. It is not like any other cell that happens to be in the women. Indeed, her system treats it like a foreign invader in many respects, which is why pregnancies are often associated with feeling sick at first. The womb is the one special place that the cell can implant and survive and grow.
Once the cell is fertilized, it needs nothing further but nourishment to result in an adult human being. That single cell IS a human being. As long as human beings live, they need nourishment to survive.
This is just simple biology concerning the reproductive method of human beings (and all mammals). The much of the entire process has been studied, photographed, and documented. There is no need for faith anywhere.
So you have no need to subtract it.

Much as they love to yell "science", the science of DNA seems remote to them.
I understand that being able to flush inconvenient clusters of cells is most helpful in maintaining their lifestyle choices, but right and wrong is still a thing.

DNA is not science. Science is not a chemical or a coding string. Science is a set of falsifiable theories. There is no 'science of DNA'. DNA simply is. It simply exists.
The left routinely deny and discard theories of science. The Church of Global Warming, for example, discards the 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics and the Stefan-Boltzmann law. The left also discards the meaning of science, replacing paradoxes as 'science', such as Paradox M and Paradox V, both of which are made by the Church of Covid. They discard much of chemistry in the Church of the Ozone Hole. The Church of Green discards chemistry as well, along with the laws of thermodynamics.
They yell 'science' to try to legitimize their claims. The word is nothing but a buzzword to them, as if it were some sort of proof.
Science is an open functional system. It has no proofs. No theory can ever be proven True. A theory may be falsified however, destroying that theory.
They try to use consensus in science. Science does not use consensus. It has no voting bloc, no 'peer review', and no 'elite body'. It is just the theories themselves. If a theory withstands a test designed to destroy it, it is automatically part of the body of science. It is assumed correct until it is eventually falsified (if ever). That test must be definable, practical to conduct, specific, and produce a specific result.
