Admit it. The only "life" that you give a shit about is the collection of cells that might someday be born and be called a baby. Once that happens, your caring is gone. You support taking him away from his mother if she dares to travel hundreds of miles to enter a country where she will be safe and able to earn a living enough to do those things for him herself. How many of those lives that you pretend to care for are sitting in detention centers, foster facilities, orphanages, homeless shelters, sleeping in cars? How many are buried in graves?

Often, the judge may base their decision entirely on what a scientist/doctor says.

And I told you they are the ones who make the decision to abort. Then you ridiculed " within the law" , knowing damn well we are a nation of laws. Without laws on abortion a woman could kill the child as it comes out of the womb. Don't say it wouldn't happen as it has happened a number of times over the years.
So quit being a fucking coward and answer the question. Who is more qualified to determine the latest a woman can abort doctors ( ie the AMA) or politicians?

Eagle Eye. The woman is the one that gets to decide. Not the Politicians. Not the Doctor.
At conception, a life is formed. The Carrier (the woman) is the one that gets to decide if the lifeform is born.

If the Government or your Religious*Caliph told you to go kill people, would you do it?

She already decided, and why does the father not get equal protection under the law, as it is equally his child! Biology is settled that women carry the child, but the man is equally a parent!

Great. the implication was that now the Court has 'Religious Quacks' on it, Abortion will become 'regulated'.
