That is an outright lie and damned lame. The only reason this case reached the Supreme Courts was because of the lefts desire to murder the unborn on demand.
I have shown you that your claim is a lie.
It's not an "appeal" to anything. It is historical fact. History is important to know and to learn so that one does not keep repeating the same mistakes.
Of course history is important but it has no bearing on your claim.

From a DNA point of view you are correct a fetus is human at conception. That said abortion has been practiced in one form or another for thousands of years.
