I'm trying to view it in a non racial way.
1. I think the average Jogger would stop and see what was going on.
2. According to you, this was his 4th encounter, why would he make a swift left turn and run towards a guy with a shotgun? Why not just keep ignoring them?

The judge did not allow evidence of their racist comments on social media as well as calling him a nigger at the time of the shooting. The Confederate flag license plate, I think was allowed.

Why not stop and talk about whatever these guys wanted to talk about? Seems pretty reasonable. Black and White have lived together for many years in the South. It's not like they are frightened of each other.
