Bullshit. She was climbing through a window, wasn't even completely through, there were no members of congress anywhere near her. The officer stepped out of a side room, and IN COMPLETE VIOLATION OF FEDERAL USE OF FORCE REGULATIONS shot her in the back. He then fled the scene, another complete violation of operating procedures for a police officer.

Given that he's been photographed recklessly using his firearm and left in a public bathroom at one point, he should have been not only fired but prosecuted.

You forget she was the lead element that had been attacking and beating police for over 90 minutes(?) before broaching the final barrier to several high profile Congressional reps.

Even this lunatic claim doesn't justify his illegal use of deadly force in complete indifference to the federal use of force rules. He had a DUTY to warn her, and then try to control her using less than deadly force. He failed to even attempt to do that. Then he fled the scene. That too is in complete violation of federal rules, regulations, and laws governing law enforcement officers.
