Unless you've seen or heard it reported as being "takeout", that is not ecessarily true.

The county might be springing for a catering company to put together something nice for them or possibly even some local sit down restaurants who also do catering to supply the food.

I've been to events that were way, way, way less high profile than a murder trial that has the eyes of the nation and the world glued to it, that brought in some really nice catered food, usually Italian, from some popular local restaurants.

I could be wrong, but I doubt these jurors are getting fed burgers ad fries or subs and chips.

I'm just guessing here, but I would imagine they're taking pretty good care of those people in terms of food and refreshment.

IMHO, while all of the civilians on the street that night were idiots for being there, Grosskreutz's second mistake was not shooting the active shooter several times before he got shot himself. He's lucky to be alive.

Let's hope more Americans arm themselves against terrorists and active shooters then train themselves to react appropriately if the need arises. Grosskreutz wasn't ready to kill a person, therefore his main mistake was having a gun.
