And again, you simply missed about 30 other videos and the image we were talking about that showed that idiot pointing his gun at Rittenhouse when he was shot. It didn't magically leap into his hand, he also didn't magically and suddenly advance toward him. This all happened before Kyle shot at him.

No, stupid. It's because this is a "discovery violation" by the prosecution. They purposely withheld it because it *once again* clearly showed Angry Jew ambushed, chased, then cornered Rifle Kid until R. K. had no choice but to repel the aggressor. Why don't you show us the drone footage the prosecution withheld? Because, as usual, like all the other footage, the prosecution witnesses and the defense witnesses, it shows exactly what Rifle Kid's been saying all along. He had no choice but to defend himself.
That's why the prosecution withheld it. The other reason is the trial has gone so badly for the prosecution they are intentionally trying to force a mistrial . I'd be surprised if that asst. DA isn't sanctioned for prosecutorial misconduct when this is over.

Your ignorance notwithstanding, the prosecution even did a facepalm in front of everyone when he said it knowing that it hurt their case. I literally listened to about 98% of the trial (there were one or two moments where I had to be in the head or do work that required me to pay attention to something else, but they were rare).

I know what I am talking about. There were myriad stories about it, even on MSNBC or whatever leftist nonsense you call news these days.

Even your link shows the same bias that you did. It redacts the pertinent language from the prosecution's question. 'With your hands down, advancing toward him'.

Prosecution withheld nothing. The defense is claiming that their video copy is too grainy. Even this biased judge is amused.

All that matters is what the jury believes.

IMHO, while all of the civilians on the street that night were idiots for being there, Grosskreutz's second mistake was not shooting the active shooter several times before he got shot himself. He's lucky to be alive.

Let's hope more Americans arm themselves against terrorists and active shooters then train themselves to react appropriately if the need arises. Grosskreutz wasn't ready to kill a person, therefore his main mistake was having a gun.

It's takeout. I lived on the road four days a week, 48 weeks a year for 28 years. It's a novelty but most people tire of it pretty quickly unless they are used to it.
 
Jury must be split. Too bad perp not black and the jury all Republican. They would convict 1st degree murder special circumstances in 5 minutes and be back from the golf course
before dinner was cold.
