It looks like the jury is giving it thought.

A quick verdict would have been bad news for the Prosecution, at least they are giving it serious consideration. Three hours in.

For two more days the chance of not guilty goes down every minute, then you risk a hung jury.

Honestly, I was afraid of a 10 minute not guilty.

Ditto. I never did catch whether the judge ruled that the jury could consider lesser charges. Do you know if he did? I heard that he did allow the provocation argument by the prosecution.

He agreed to allow the leasers. That increases the chance of a conviction significantly but decreases the chance of 1st degree murder.

if they go for the provocation argument just because he was carrying a weapon, that gets overturned on appeal quickly

It's more than just carrying a weapon; the drone footage shows him repeatedly pointing it at the demonstrators. Isn't it interesting to you that of all the knuckledragging gun-humpers who showed up to play vigilante that night, only the weak little weiner was chased down?

acquittal on all counts. Self defense is not a crime, it is a right. Any other verdict is political and driven by the jury fearing for their lives.

not interesting at all. cowards love mob violence against the perceived weak........guess kyle showed them they were wrong

Kyle did not "provoke" anyone. He was attacked by criminals with records and he defended himself as the constitutions allows.

You would be doing your self a favor if you learned to see the gray area.
