It’s a very important remark, where he says to Michael Lewis — the first part is really important — the Democrats don’t matter. The real opposition is the media. And the way to deal with them is to flood the zone with shit.

He's right. If you control the media and the message, you control the ppl. First teach them that the mainstream sources of information are biased and false. Then provide them with what you want them to "know" ala Fox, Breitbart, Newsmax, etc. Then they're yours.

That's exactly how the pandemic response in America turned into the lethal clusterfuck that it did.

The GOP tries to turn actual political issues into cultural ones.
 
We basically dont have journalists anymore, they gave that up to be Mind Molders, Propagandists for UTOPIA.

At the very same time the Journalism profession was abandoned internet meeting places like this really went to Hell. I was not here but I was around. I really miss the internet of the mid to late aughts.
