The Republican Party’s violence problem

That would be the destruction in your own twisted and depleted mind at being another worthless, ignorant and mentally incompetent toilet case on society. Consider some facts versus your gutter trolling fiction:

U.S. economy accelerated at a solid 6.5% rate last quarter

Fueled by vaccinations and government aid, the U.S. economy grew at a solid 6.5% annual rate last quarter in another sign that the nation has achieved a sustained recovery from the pandemic recession. The total size of the economy has now surpassed its pre-pandemic level.

Thursday’s report from the Commerce Department estimated that the nation’s gross domestic product — its total output of goods and services — accelerated in the April-June quarter from an already robust 6.3% annual growth rate in the first quarter of the year. The quarterly figure was less than analysts had expected, but the economy was likely held back mainly by supply shortages in goods, components and labor.

For all of 2021, the economy is expected to expand perhaps as much as 7%. If so, that would be the strongest calendar-year growth since 1984. And it would mark a sharp reversal from last year’s 3.5% economic contraction — the worst in 74 years — as a result of the pandemic.

In a statement, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said that the "GDP data are further proof of the remarkable progress we’ve made in jump-starting our economy from one of the darkest moments in its history."

"With today’s numbers, the U.S. economy has now made up the losses of the last 18 months and surpassed the pre-pandemic GDP peak," she continued. "In doing so, we’ve grown our economy the first half of this year at the fastest rate in almost four decades, created three million new jobs, and halved new jobless claims."

"Simply put, because of President Biden’s leadership, America is on the move again," Psaki said, crediting the president's policies for outperforming a Congressional Budget Office report which predicted "real GDP would be 3% below its pre-pandemic peak at this time."

"Thanks to shots in arms and checks in pockets, we’ve been able to far outstrip that and power a recovery twice as fast as after the last recession," she added."

Biden to hold signing ceremony on Monday for bipartisan infrastructure bill

(CNN)President Joe Biden will sign the bipartisan infrastructure bill on Monday during a ceremony that will include members of Congress, governors and mayors from both parties, the White House announced on Wednesday.

"At the signing ceremony, the President will highlight how he is following through on his commitment to rebuild the middle class and the historic benefits the Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal will deliver for American families," according to a news release from the White House.
Biden will also host "representatives of the incredibly diverse coalition that pushed for the bill across the country" during Monday's ceremony, the White House said.
Congress passed the $1.2 trillion bill last week after months of agonizing negotiations among congressional Democrats."

Hawkeye is a violent extremist scumbag of the sovereign citizen, white supremacist militant militia variety, fed a steady diet of
propaganda, distorted beliefs and false promises that assuage his insecurity, need for affiliation, purpose and recognition.

Hopefully he will be captured before he seriously acts out on his impulses.

All one should know about the severity of this strange parrot's pathology can be found in the frequency of his utterances.

your disdain for the constitution, or lack of ability to understand it, is noted

your paranoia is classic......Terry v Ohio has decided that stop and frisk is not inherently unconstitutional......the District Court held that what NYC was doing was a violation and they stopped doing it......it can still be done in a way which does NOT violate the constitution under the Terry rule......

No. It was a bad tactic; the classic Jack Bauer theme of breaking a person's legs to get information vital to the safety of others. It's the embodiment of Ben Franklin's comment about giving up freedom for security. Bad move. Once given away it's not easily taken back.

Terry v Ohio makes perfect sense to me.

"a police officer may stop a suspect on the street and frisk him or her without probable cause to arrest, if the police officer has a reasonable suspicion that the person has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a crime and has a reasonable belief that the person "may be armed and presently dangerous."

What the hell do we pay and arm cops for if not to stop someone armed who is about to commit a crime, based on reasonable suspicion?

Breaking into a car or a window is reasonable suspicion.

Walking-While-Black is not "reasonable suspicion".
