Kyle Rittenhouse

given the video i've seen of the actual courtroom arguments between defense, prosecution, and the judge, are you trying to say that you are smarter and know better everything about this chain of events than the government?

Wow. That drone video was interesting.

Expert witness tells court Rittenhouse was in 'reactionary mode' when he shot 3 people

A use-of-force expert testified Tuesday that Kyle Rittenhouse was in "reactionary mode" last year when he shot three people during a protest against police brutality in Kenosha.
Jury selection is set to begin Nov. 1.

Well based on that testimony! Wipe his butt, dry his eyes, jack him off, and give him the Medal Of Honor then!

Looks like the judge threw out the weapons charges. I also read he allowed refiling of lesser charges if the more serious ones on trial now are acquitted. That is bullshit and unconstitutional. It would be double jeopardy because the prosecution went for a Hail Mary and it was incomplete. Game over. Kid walks.

Rittenhouse claimed he was an EMT and went there to help people and protect businesses.
That's what he was doing. He was helping people.

The owner of the businesses said they did not ask him for help and never talked to him.
Lies.

He had an illegal weapon.
No, he didn't, nor was he possessing it illegally either. It was perfectly legal (in the State of Wisconsin) for him to open carry a rifle with a standard length barrel, such as the one that he was open carrying. He didn't break any laws.

He was playing vigilante.
No, he wasn't. You obviously haven't watched any of the trial nor seen any of the evidence presented to the court.

Instead of helping people, he was shooting them.
LIE. He was helping people, and then some thugs started pursuing and attacking him, and wouldn't stop even though he kept running away from them. Not until his life was in immediate danger did he ever pull the trigger of his gun. A very clear-cut and classic case of self defense if I ever did see one.

The whole story is a lie that he tells to save him from the punishment he deserves.
If you're referring to Gaige Grosskreutz, and the BS that he's been spouting on media talk shows, even though he (under oath) had to admit that he was the one who was going after Rittenhouse (do you remember the prosecution literally doing a facepalm at that moment of the trial?), then you'd be on the right track.
