Kyle Rittenhouse

THERE IS NO QUESTION RITTENHOUSE WAS ATTACKED, BATTERED, AND THREATENED WITH A FIREARM.

THIS IS OVER.

If the twerp felt his life was in danger he should have turned around and gone home. I guess he didn't have enough working brain cells to figure that out.

He went there hoping to score some BLM ppl. He did score. Too bad he shot ppl who weren't threatening the building he was supposed to be protecting. The owner said he did not summon those morons.

You don't chase after someone with an AR 15 and threaten to kill him and try to disarm him. You might just get killed in an act of self defense.

Kyle did try to run away. Rosenbaum ran after Kyle and WITNESSES say Rosenbaum tried to take Kyle weapon. Plus WITNESSES say Rosenbaum threatened Kyle's and other people's lives that night. Clearly he was a unstable homicidal maniac that had been released from a mental facility that very day. Rosenbaum found the trouble he was looking for.

1. You can't repeat that line six ways to Sunday, but you STILL can't get past this one FACT.....there is NO video as to what transpired previously to that chase and shoot (the initial contact)....there is just some on-the-run testimony, supposition and conjecture. Until ALL the witnesses are found and cross examined for what happened from beginning to end, the self defense bull horn is just that...noise.

2. See #1

And least we forget; you have some out-of-state clown injecting himself into a volitile situation, carrying an assault weapon that he personally had NO LEGAL RIGHT TO IN THAT STATE at the time....he had NO EMT training or first aid experience (hell, was he even a boy scout?), and firing said weapon that resulted in deaths. No business owner invited Rittenhouse.

And what was up with the Kenosha cops? They let any (white) joker into an area of potential full blown riot...armed....and then LET A CONFESSED SHOOTER GO WITHOUT ARREST OR DETAINMENT.

Self-defense? Puh-leeze! You don't whine about getting hit after picking a fight. Like I said, junior got a tast of a real Turner Diary action...now he gets the real consequences.

Yep he also crossed state lines with a borrowed gun which he was too young to have.. to do what

It is legal to travel from State to State. It is legal to carry a gun.

You first line is a dumb parrot squawk that was already addressed. By Wisconsin law, then under aged Rittenhouse could only use that weapon under the supervision of an adult FOR HUNTING OR TARGET PRACTICE. He could not legallly own that weapon until his 18th birthday....he was not legal to own or open carry the weapon.

Check the facts. Deal with them and stop squawking like a deaf parrot.

There is, and it's already been shown to you. RQAA.

Wrong as usual. The video's entail an on-going verbal exchange with Rittenhouse retreating AFTER the first shot, then the subsequent shooting. NO video of the initial confrontation with said victim(s). If you got it, show it. If not, spare us all the lame stalling tactics.

No. It was a Democrat prosecutor out for blood.

And if junior's mommy didn't drive the little shyte over the state line, there would be no need for prosecution, now would there, Squawky? You keep implying that it was his right to get illegally armed and become an antagonistic figure in a volitile situation. Oh yes, you can do as you please....just have the cojones to accept the consequences your actions.

I didn't know this was a democrat vs. republican thing. Hmmm, seems you alt-right rummies really believe you are the GOP running things. Sad.

Traveling from state to state is not a crime.....traveling from state to state with the intent perform acts of armed vigilantism is. And THAT is what widdle Kyle did....period.

Now, spare us all the insipidly stubborn retort and move on.

Prove ".....traveling from state to state with the intent perform acts of armed vigilantism."

Vigilante - : a member of a volunteer committee organized to suppress and punish crime summarily (as when the processes of law are viewed as inadequate)
broadly : a self-appointed doer of justice

Rittenhouse was NOT a member or any Wisconsin volunteer committee...he was not a resident of the State. He showed up uninvited and inserted himself into a volitile situation as a self appointed doer of justice.

Now, let's see you BS your way pass this matter of history/fact regarding this episode.

Better go read that law again.

It's a Democrat vs. Conservative thing.

There is no need for prosecution. Self defense is not a crime.

He doesn't have to be invited. He is allowed to travel to Wisconsin. Self defense is not a crime. Carrying a gun is not a crime.

What many in here do not understand is that Rittenhouse can practically hit Kenosha with a rock from his home in Illinois. He lives in Antioch, Lake county , which borders Wi, Kenosha is RIGHT there. The kid actually works in Kenosha. If memory serves Antioch is only like 5 miles or so from the border yet people are acting like the kid traveled hundreds of miles....
