I'm happy to weigh in on your question.

First on polygamy. What is the problem? If it is consenting adults, what does it matter to anyone else? If 3 people want to form a marriage, then let them. Of course, there will be a rewriting of divorce laws to take polygamy into consideration, but that is it.

So many couples give up the family in order to have two incomes. This solves that problem.


As for incest, the main issue is one of age. Usually one of the people in an incestuous relationship is underage. That should be prosecuted to the fullest.
The other issue is the doubling of the chances of genetic problems in children. So there is a real problem there.
