Then why aren't tri racial Puerto Ricans dominating STEM fields, why aren't they a low murder rate nation, why isn't Puerto Rico doing better in terms of wealth, or in terms of IQ & PISA scores!?

Generally mixing will lead to intermediate values.

If a smart peoples & stupid peoples mix the new people created will be intermediate.

Europeans are a mix of at least 3 Caucasian peoples Mediterranean, WHG Cro, Magnons, and ANE from the Steppes.

Europeans are actually a lot less pure than East Asians, who just happen. To score higher IQ & PISA scores.

Europeans are actually a lot less inbred than Ashkenazi Jews who come from as little as 330 people in the Medieval era, and just happen to score higher IQs too.

In collective terms the genes between tall peoples like Dutch & short peoples like Congo Pygmies would become half tall & half short.

Whether or not there are dominant or recessive traits.

Let's pretend the taller genes are dominant... Without proof.

Then the Dutch would still end up shorter if they all mixed with Congo Pygmies.
