I vote for which ever Libertarian is running. Often there's not. In that case I vote for the challenger, regardless of party. If there are a number of candidates, then I vote for the woman...race isn't listed, but if it's Hispanic, it's a plus. If there was someone I truly believed would do a good job I'd be happy to vote for that person. Most of the time it's hard to tell. All I really know is what the person in office has done for our country and their duty to their oath....or not.
