It was a hard concept to understand, when we had trump who could not even understand easy concepts to understand.

There used to be health offices in every city that would trace disease outbreaks. We have become so good at healthcare, having a health force tracing illness seemed silly. But we could have used them now.

That's funny. I distinctly recall seeing video of the detention centers on NBC Nightly News, and statistics about how many immigrants in them have COVID and are being treated. But sure, go with your fictitious memes if they give you comfort, 61. lol

It’s funny you generalize that we don’t care about the immigrants. I do care, but I also know they aren’t being cut loose with COVID. It’s hyperbole. Also, their infection rate is lower than Texas. Do you advise action against Texans? Alabamans? Or any other state with a high rate of infections?
