But, it was pointed out that if Floyd could talk, complaining that he couldn't breathe, that obviously means he could breathe. And if at least one of Floyd's carotid arteries was unobstructed, which it was, he was getting blood to his "brain".

Actually, Chauvin has a history of being over aggressive as a cop. The judge wouldn't allow that record in his murder trial.
