Well, it wasn't. There were over 40k people who flew in directly and others who flew to Europe and came in unchecked from there. Trump is a noise maker. The Trump virus came in by the thousands of flyers.
 
I'm been vaccinated since January 21, but I still wear a mask into businesses and social distance too! I believe a lot of these people you see without masks are not vaccinated and think the pandemic is over, it's not?!! This fall and winter will tell, how bad the delta variant and flu will be in this country?!! The honor system was a bad idea, I hope businesses and schools mandate their employees and students/staff, that they are vaccinated?!!

On January 31, 2020, President Trump signed a proclamation suspending entry into the United States of aliens who were physically present in the People’s Republic of China, excluding the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau, within the 14 days preceding entry or attempted entry into the United States
 
The story continues to be how many die who should not die because we dont treat COVID correctly....people must be treated early with Ivermectin and other drugs and treatment, this practice of telling people to do go home with no help and come back to the hospital if they get very sick is barbaric and deadly.

On Jan. 21 - the day the first COVID-19 case in the U.S. was confirmed - Fauci said.. But this is not a major threat to the people of the United States and this is not something that the citizens of the United States right now should be worried about.
