The U.S. can declare war on the GOP as a result of its war efforts against Democracy.

U.S. Constitutional law as it relates to dealing with internal and external enemies. Actually what are you smoking as in smoking the ass of the un American and enemy of the State GQP and tRump's hide? You hate America and anything else of a civilized nature that is up to you. So either leave or never come to it. I believe the U.S. will indeed defend and protect itself against any and all internal and external threats and no matter how hard GOPers work to destroy Democracy at being in the whore bed with foreign and internal enemies. Also, take that as a warning and consideration in terms of what the forces of the U.S. are capable of doing versus the gutter forces of the GOP or so-called republican mob in particular.

Again what are you smoking

You don't even know what democracy is.

As repukes and their foreign and domestic enemy creatures lurk in the sewer and bowels of the on the down low to wage war against humanity, in particular, the U.S. has the authority based on articles of the U.S. Constitutional law to wage war on both internal and external imminent threats. The GOP when it comes to waging its own war against Democracy as a result of attacking voting rights, insurrection, being a deplorable and moral rot gutter mob that is incapable of co existing in a civilized society, co-partners of tRump's lawlessly hacked in gutter regime at putting concentration camps in America to which the U.S. destroyed the Hitler empire for that reason in particular, and their other gutter type atrocities against humanity and the common decency of society, has racked up a huge debt with America. The justification is that I hope will result in extreme consequences against each and every one of the repuke creatures. This includes no matter where they are, who they are whoring out with or other squalid lifestyles they indulge in on the taxpayer dime.

The Constitution has an answer for seditious members of Congress

Let's review two pieces of news from the last week. First, the American coronavirus pandemic is entering its worst stage yet, with cases and deaths skyrocketing across the country. Last Thursday saw over 3,000 deaths — more than 9/11 or Pearl Harbor — and with ICU beds at or near capacity in most of the country, absent serious change it is possible there will be double or even triple that number per day in a matter of weeks. We may yet top the deadliest day in American history, the Galveston hurricane of 1900 that killed an estimated 8,000 people, very soon. President Trump is doing precisely nothing about this.

Second, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who is under investigation for bribery and abuse of office, filed a baldly seditious lawsuit calling for the Supreme Court to overturn the election results in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan, and hand their electoral votes to Trump. It was flatly an attempt to overturn the 2020 election, end constitutional government, and install Trump in power. Before the Supreme Court threw the suit out Friday night, 17 other Republican state attorneys general had joined him, along with 126 members of the Republican caucus in the House, while Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) has agreed to represent Trump. And this is just one of dozens of attempts that Republicans at all levels of government have concocted to overturn Trump's loss.

In short, material conditions in this country have not been this bad since 1932 at least, and the political situation has not been this bad since 1860. The logical endgame of the rapidly-accelerating Republican attempt to destroy democracy while the country burns would be civil war — if it weren't for the high probability that Democratic leaders would be too cowardly to fight."

LMFAO yet it is liberals that want to shred the Constitution... keep pushing assholes

Reality, sanity and having a sense of being civilized is what I am smoking versus your preferred GOP way of a uncivilized and un American anarchist.

Said every vicious, violent dictator ever... Just change the group that dictator hates and you get the same vitriol.

.
The U.S. can declare war on the GOP as a result of its war efforts against Democracy.

Unmitigated horseshit from a JPP dimlib ... but what else is new ???

So you are calling U.S. Constitutional law unmitigated horshit from a commentator who expresses the facts versus the lies, ignorance and stupidity of your kind. The following justifies what I put here and you can pretend it doesn't exist all you want but the facts cannot be denied versus your fact free bs:

The Insurrection Act of 1807 is a United States federal law[1] that empowers the President of the United States to deploy U.S. military and federalized National Guard troops within the United States in particular circumstances, such as to suppress civil disorder, insurrection, or rebellion.

The act provides a "statutory exception" to the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, which limits the use of military personnel under federal command for law enforcement purposes within the United States.[2][3]

Before invoking the powers under the Act, 10 U.S.C. § 254 requires the President to first publish a proclamation ordering the insurgents to disperse. As part of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, these provisions are now codified as amended.

There are Constitutional exceptions to Posse Comitatus restrictions rooted in the President's own constitutional authority. Defense Department guidelines describe "homeland defense" as a "constitutional exception" to Posse Comitatus restriction, meaning that measures necessary to guarantee National Security from external threats are not subject to the same limitations.

Actions against political rebellion:

14th Amendment Section 3:

Section 3
No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

Treason Clause

Article III, Section 3, Clause 1:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Punishment guidelines for treason:
§2381. Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, §330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)

In my opinion, your beloved insurrectionist and antigovernment so-called republican creatures, tRump and his sewer mob with their war efforts against Democracy and society at doing the bidding of foreign enemies keep attacking America but so much to the point America can counter attack very much, and when you perhaps least expect.
