How can President Trump have no standing to be the one filing the suit as the person being robbed of the presidency? How can Texas not have standing when it is their voters who are being disenfranchised? How can everyone who files any lawsuit, even with Democrat witnesses, digital forensic evidence, and even video evidence of widespread voter fraud to submit, all be dismissed without any examination of the evidence, all over standing? Who DOES have standing if not the people being screwed over? The courts left literally no possible way for anyone to ever present the evidence in a court of law, based on literally nothing.

They filed under the original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court under its authority to hear disputes between two states. This was not a dispute between states--there was no disagreement between TX and GA (like a boundary dispute)

If it is a dispute between citizens of GA and TX that should have been filed in the lower federal courts.

How GA chooses and certifies its electoral votes is under the authority of the state. The decision they made do not hurt the citizens of TX or keep TX from certifying its electoral votes under its own authority.

No evidence was shown of anybody being robbed of anything. There was no video evidence unless you believe what somebody else was telling you happened on a YouTube video and ignore the explanations of the state of GA in its response to that suit.

Conservatives did not want activist judges and that is exactly what they got. They chose not to interfere in the constitutional duty of each state who had the authority to determine if their state acted constitutionally.

I would love to be wrong. If there are some hidden reserves of George Washingtons out there ready to jump out and defy thousands of years of human nature to make us the one group of people ever to be at the end of the Liberty-Tyranny Cycle and take a widespread liberty stand, so be it. But I see an increasingly shrinking minority of patriots who get Natural Rights and what the Founding of this country accomplished and put in place...and a country of people waiting to be told what to do next, thinking about what they're going to get at Starbucks tomorrow. That kind of entranced complacency only gets disturbed by hard core horrors of war or abject tyranny. I'm guessing the latter will be what wakes everyone up.

Remember that it is not you so much seeing this 'minority', it is the press (the national propaganda service) and they are reporting it to you. I seriously doubt you have gone out to discuss this with the bulk of the population of the United States.

There are, however, encouraging signs. You can see it simply in the numbers of people that attended Trump rallies, who they were, and how their enthusiasm came about. America was founded by the descendants of English colonists. I mean the guy who actually put together the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution/ Bill of Rights were White Anglo-Saxon Protestants who had been strongly influenced by the Puritans who settled in "New England in the 17th century. Many of the fundamental concepts written into the DOI and the US Constitution/Bill of Rights came directly from England in: the Magna Carta, in English Common law, in the work of English Enlightenment philosophers like, the great John Locke and Adam Smith. Equally, English rulers like the 17th-century English Calvinist/ Puritan, Oliver Cromwell (who became Lord Protector of a Republican British Commonwealth) played an important part in triggering the American Revolutionary War.




The concept of the American Republic was a brilliant product of the White, English, Protestant mind. The White Westerner is the only man for whom the fundamental concepts of the Founding Documents of American can truly have any innate meaning What does the Negro or the Mexican care for the fundamental tenets of the the DOI, of the US Constitution, of American patriotism. I'll tell you...NOTHING. Generally speaking they could not give a flying fuck, and one reason for this is that they are cognitively incapable of grasping the beauty and the brilliance of the ideas that founded the American Republic. The Black African's world view is, by and large, completely contrary to the world view of men like Thomas Jefferson or Benjamin Franklin or George Washington. They are neurogenetically dissimilar, just for a start the the black brain is hard-wired to prefer collectivist social arrangements, while the White Western mind is genetically hard-wired to prefer individualism.




The biggest mistake America made was to imagine that it could take in an assimilate the poor and needy colored races of the world en masse People like President Lyndon Johnson believed that they would seamlessly integrate into White - Anglo Protestant American society; that they would surely eventually come to intimately internalize the founding principles of the American Republic - that they would become true patriots. NO, NO, NO, NO, NO ! THEY DO NOT The VAST MAJORITY of black and brown immigrants CAN NOT, AND WILL NEVER BE ABLE to smoothly integrate into American society (in the sense I am referring to). Because they are BIOLOGICALLY (neurologically) incapable of doing so.





Anyway, that my two cents worth re one big mistake America made in 1965. People will say it is a racist point of view, and they would be dead right. If you ask any evolutionary biologist, he will tell you that the various human races do not mix harmoniously, they do not want to, and in any nation where they are forced to, you will always have major social problems of every imaginable kind. The Japanese understand this, they are the greatest "racists" on planet Earth. If you don't believe me , try getting yourself a Visa to reside permanently in Japan. Why do the Japanese not let foreigner come to live in their country? Because they are proud of their culture and they wish to keep it as pure as possible. I understand this 100%, and I respect them for taking the hard-line that they have on foreign immigration into their country. They are a WISE people.
