No, that's not right, If Biden won the election through Democrat cheating and this can be clearly demonstrated. What it means is that Biden never was, and is not, a legitimate President. Because that electoral cheating nullified any Constitutionality the Presidential election claimed to have. If Biden et al cheated to win , then Biden is simply not the legitimate President of the United States.

I'm pretty sure if President Trump had done something unconstitutional to become president, Democrats would not be on here right now insisting that cheating, stealing, and violating every election rule to get into office is totally legit just because the electors followed the technical formalities when it came time to certify the theft.
