Preliminary examinations, which are cursory at best. He is right. All of these cases were thrown out over the same technicality that made no sense (standing) before the evidence was even able to be presented.
What I mean by "the same technicality that made no sense":
How can President Trump have no standing to be the one filing the suit as the person being robbed of the presidency? How can Texas not have standing when it is their voters who are being disenfranchised? How can everyone who files any lawsuit, even with Democrat witnesses, digital forensic evidence, and even video evidence of widespread voter fraud to submit, all be dismissed without any examination of the evidence, all over standing? Who DOES have standing if not the people being screwed over? The courts left literally no possible way for anyone to ever present the evidence in a court of law, based on literally nothing.
The swamp violently shoved through its Manchurian Candidate, and now they want the American people to sit down, shut up, and take what they are given.

I would love to be wrong. If there are some hidden reserves of George Washingtons out there ready to jump out and defy thousands of years of human nature to make us the one group of people ever to be at the end of the Liberty-Tyranny Cycle and take a widespread liberty stand, so be it. But I see an increasingly shrinking minority of patriots who get Natural Rights and what the Founding of this country accomplished and put in place...and a country of people waiting to be told what to do next, thinking about what they're going to get at Starbucks tomorrow. The audit in Arizona is being live - streamed, right now (so you can watch for yourself what is going on in the tallying/auditing rooms), and there are independent scrutineers, in place observing the process. I believe that an audit is also underway in Georgia now, and California, with other "Swing States" like Pennsylvania and Michigan to follow.
As to people who say: "Oh, nothing will happen, anyway - even if there is evidence of large-scale fraud uncovered in these auditing processes that shows Trump actually won the Nov 2020 election." I would say, I understand your skepticism. After all, the Judiciary let the American people down badly when Team Trump tried to challenge the integrity of the election result. Trump was also having to fight the mainstream Democrat media (CNN and MSNBC, etc.) plus "Big Tech", plus a totally corrupt FBI and DOJ.
Still, 76 million American voted for Trump in November, 2020, and since Biden was inaugurated I think quite a lot of people who voted Democrat are regretting their decision (they did not realize that they would be voting in a Marxist administration. I think that the 76 million Americans who voted for Trump/Pence ticket, will only put up with so much. There ARE limits to just how much BS they will cop. In fact, the stench of electoral corruption was everywhere, and none of those federal government agencies or national institutions who are trusted to impartially investigate complaints of ballot fraud and other allegations of electoral shenanigans took any action WHATSOEVER.
If the hand-counted, forensic, post -2020 election audits of election results in Swing States like Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, etc; conclude find there is enough evidence of systemic ballot fraud favoring the Biden-Harris ticket/ enough illegal ballots cast for Biden-Harris, etc; to state that Biden is not a legitimately- elected President, what that means is that the U.S. Constitution has been "nullified" and you are no longer living in what was called the United States of America.
There has to be a point where the partisan, (Democrat) Mainstream Media, "Big Tech" etc; agree to accept that the election result audits are being conducted in a rigorous objective, scientific manner and that all reasonable security measures (like independent scrutineers, 24/7 live-stream coverage of all aspects of the auditing processes etc) have been put in place in order to do the very best that can realistically be done to detect any kind of foul-play. If these forensic audits of the 2020 election Swing States do eventually conclude that Trump was the rightful winner of the November Presidential election last year, then I think those Americans who voted for him are going to be very, very pissed off. In particular, because they now know that the left-leaning MSM will either not cover the issue at all, or, will work assiduously to undermine public confidence in the audit reports; while "Big Tech" will be complicit in censoring public debate on the story. It seems to me that there is NO WAY on Earth, even after they are caught cheating "red-handed", Biden and Co. would EVER relinquish their grip on power, and those many Americans who voted Trump might ultimately become so frustrated and angry that they decide take the law into their own hands - remember America is not like Venezuela, there are 300,000 firearms owned by members of the American public, in Venezuela, there are none. Conservative militiamen could organize themselves into brigades in Red States, and then form a united armed front. The united front would then demand the Biden regime stand down.
If this happened, or began to happen, the US Military would have to chose between putting down the Conservative militiamen or ousting the Biden regime in a "Coup d'etat" I do not think the modern-day US Army would ever fire on its own people; nor do I think the US Defense Force Chiefs are at all impressed with the Biden Regime's foreign policy, so, a Coup d'etat would be the most likely eventuality, IMO. The Coup leaders would simply order Biden and Harris to stand down, and take them and probably the Cabinet into custody. Martial Law would be declared in order, ( mainly) to pre-empt the possibility of any, large-scale, prolonged leftist/anarchist rioting rioting taking place, such as that which took place across America in the summer months of 2020. When the situation in America was deemed to have re- stabilized and re- normalized, Trump would be officially installed as the legitimate, CONSTITUTIONALl POTUS and invited to form a new administration.
This is JUST MY VIEW of how things could unfold in the near future in America. It's a view I have formed mainly because I am absolutely convinced that the November 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump and that Joe Biden is not a legitimate President.
And it's possible, of course, that any audits conducted in the Swing States may prove me dead wrong.
Also, Biden and his regime are directly hooked up with some extremely powerful people, not just in America, but around the world ( People like George Soros, for instance, and his various (political) organizations, who funnel huge amounts of money into the Democratic Party coffers, and to activist groups closely affiliated with the Democrats, every year). I think the sheer extent and magnitude of the giant Globalist/Marxist political forces opposing one American populist/nationalist like Donald Trump are staggering, so really it is impossible to say what might happen in American politics the near future. I do realize that. I would just like to say that the fact Donald Trump managed to survive in office from 2017 to 2021, and not just "survive", but get done what he did, is a miracle. I have absolutely no idea where he found the moral strength to prevail against the truly evil forces that were hell-bent on destroying him, 24/7.
The only thing I can state for sure is that right now the Biden regime is CLEARLY a Marxist dispensation, and Marxist/socialist administrations ALWAYS end in disaster and horror wherever in the world they have been attempted. The concept of the American Republic was a brilliant product of the White, English, Protestant mind. The White Westerner is the only man for whom the fundamental concepts of the Founding Documents of American can truly have any innate meaning What does the Negro or the Mexican care for the fundamental tenets of the the DOI, of the US Constitution, of American patriotism. I'll tell you...NOTHING.
