Liberalism is a disease
The Democrat CovidScam - the Political Crime of the Century - will result in massive rioting this July when the inevitable evictions begin due to the criminal lockdown of the economy by the seditious/psychopathic Democrats.

But whom will the deranged Democrats blame for the misery they've caused as the country burns?

Discuss/vote.

The Revolution is very hostile towards landlords, in fact they have broad objections to property rights, they are in fact Marvists.

I am not so sure that the eviction bans actually end.

D run coastal cities are in seeing an explosion in the number of Street People, which cost something like $100,000 each per year to taxpayers, which is getting worse in a hurry.

Buckle Up.

Yeah, it's almost as if you need to pay people more money so they can afford rent.

I have not found data yet but I expect that one of the consequences of the COVID Martial Law eviction bans is that folks are deciding that renting out is a bad idea, so properties get sold to people who want to live in them, thus drying up the supply of rentals, thus driving up the cost of renting, thus creating more Street People.

The law of unintended consequences.

What the DemoKKKrats did with the their criminal CovidScam has been disastrous for renters.

Costs are going nowhere but up, and fast.

Yeah,...its almost as if people need to get off their lazy asses and go to work instead of laying around smoking pot and playing video games like little kids expecting others to support them. Fuckum......out on the street. Maybe they can turn over a few rocks and find some grubs to eat if not they can starve.

You have such a deep understanding of macroeconomics. Bet you call yourself a Christian too.

I'm going to blame PoliTalker, Dutch Uncle, and Nomad..
No real reason, mind you,
but that's what amuses me at the moment.

Would you flip burgers for $350K a year?

For The Thread:

Data cited from a U.S. Census survey between April 28 and May 10 indicates that roughly 82,500 people in the Greater Seattle area are currently behind on rent. According to Solid Ground — a Seattle-based group that provides resources and services to tenants in need — the conclusion of Washington’s eviction moratorium could have wide-ranging, dire consequences for that already tenuous situation.

It would be nice to know how many people rent, and how much on average these over 82,000 people owe, information you will not find at the link because so-called journalists tend to suck at their jobs now. The 145 million in relief will not go far, that is less than one months rents if it was spread around to all who are behind.

So...we probably should have provided rental assistance during the pandemic.

Who opposed that?
