Normally there must be evidence that justifies a criminal probe against the Trump organization of un American and extreme felonious corruption to the act of high treason, and that in my opinion compromised the stability of Democracy at doing the bidding of his foreign enemy pimps. Therefore, as a result of presenting this revelation to society, the evidence must be there to criminally charge Trump, in particular.

That isn't quite the case. Appraisers aren't always hired by the Trump. The issue here is the few number of qualified appraisers to do large commercial buildings. Trump likely knew them all and could possibly influence as needed or he would threaten to take his business elsewhere. All appraisals would include comps but the question is how comparable were they really. Appraisers can often fudge numbers without committing actual fraud.

The funny thing about my kind of stupid is that courts accept it as evidence because it is based on facts and logic. No need to be desperate when facts are on your side. Calling people stupid is usually a sign you don't have the facts on your side since you can't make a coherent rebuttal.

That's the thing about the legal system, they will bend over backwards to let people express their unsupported opinion but then they rely on the facts to make their rulings and explain why someone's argument isn't supported by facts or the law. You can find that type of legal reasoning in about 80 lawsuits filed to try to overturn the 2020 election. In each of them the courts said, the Trump and his supporter's arguments were specious and unsupported by facts.

where is your wonderful legal system on the proven international bribery conducted by the Bidens, Clintons, Romneys, Kerrys, etc? and lets not forget the Pelosi's. Why have they all slipped through our wonderful legal system? answer: because the legal system is as corrupt as the rest of our government.
