That means the FBI can take pictures of everyone that goes to the rally since it is public.
The FBI can then compare those that go to the rally to the people in pictures like this:

Time of day was the only reason. There were direct flights back, of course, but not when I was leaving.
One quick stop at Salt Lake was no big deal. As I said, they had chili dogs. Not bad at all.
