Ex-Spy Said to Have Plotted to Discredit Trump ‘Enemies’ in Government

It's interesting that the NY Times would report this at the same time Veritas is suing them for lying about Veritas.

I'm guessing that Veritas won't be disputing the reporting otherwise they will be subject to depositions about this.

Veritas has been proven by courts to lie and fake shit in the past

Why in the fuck would republicans believe?

"The scheme against Mr. McMaster, revealed in interviews and documents, was one of the most brazen operations of the campaign. It involved a plan to hire a woman armed with a hidden camera to capture Mr. McMaster making inappropriate remarks that his opponents could use as leverage to get him ousted as national security adviser."

Let them sue. They will lose.

Judge ruled this week that the suit wouldn't be thrown out which Veritas declared as a victory. It's a pretty minor victory. Unless the NY Times decides to settle to cut expenses, I don't see Veritas ultimately winning since they have to prove that the NY Times acted with malice. About all they will have is that the editor didn't eliminate an opinion from a news story. NY Times has asked for a jury trial.
