Meh, it’s a classic risk/benefit deal.
If you’re high risk, the benefits far outweigh the risks; if you’re young and healthy, not so much. Children? Just hell no.
I’m not a Covid vaccine pusher or denier—I’m a vaccine realist. Absolutely, there’s a population that should take it. The ‘farther away’ you are from that population the more it becomes a trickier question. I’m sure that’s why there’s vaccine resistance in the military. And guess what? I’ve seen vaccine resistance as high as 30% in the healthcare community.
Likely, because there’s a lot of young and healthy healthcare workers.
But Team Covid has to get all sanctimonious with it by trying to lay a guilt complex on the vaccine hesitant. If they want to be vaccinated—go for it. Once they are vaccinated *they no longer need to worry about the unvaccinated* so leave them the hell alone.
