He's guilty

I assume you know the research. Care to cite somthing?

Saw multiple Federal prosecutors say the same thing. In comparable police trials, this was typical length of time. The more convincing and one-sided the evidence, the shorter time to deliberate. This evidence was overwhelmingly one-sided.

How many police are tried for murder?

Umm because shortness of breath is a classic symptom of a heart attack.

I would think he would be saying whatever his most severe symptom was or the thing that might be most persuasive in those moments as his life is draining from him.

If it was me, after the first ten times telling him I couldn't breathe, I would throw all caution to the wind and not worry about possibly 'making him mad.' I wouldn't feel I had anything to lose at some point.

If he seemed unmoved by cries of "I can't breathe," I might have wanted to try: 'Officer, this is the BIG one. I'm having a heart attack. My chest pains are bad.' 'You are going to kill me.' 'You will get life in prison, mother fucker.' 'Is killing me worth the pain your family will go through?' 'You won't get away with killing me, ass wipe!'

I did care asshole

And when you let cops get violent and give them pass after pass after pass they will soon come for YOU TOO

Verdict by extortion.

The elephant in the room no one is brave enough to acknowledge. The jurors were scared out of their minds. You know they were.

Really? Do tell how you would know this. Ouija Board? Tarot Cards? ESP?

There is absolutely no indication that jurors were even aware that Waters made those remarks. Even if they did, those words wouldn't scare anyone except a Trumptard.
