Before I answer that, do you have a sense of humor? If so, do you know where it is and what it's doing right now?

Anyway, no I seriously doubt that it was "stolen." Do I think there was cheating? Yes. But I don't think it was sufficient to change the outcome.
 
Shaffers agreement is predicated on his complete cooperation with the feds and state investigations. It also allows a witness protection deal of he goes along.
