on having a replacement lined before you can do a tariff, that's ridiculous. you have to give time for the market to react, for someone to see the new market and decide thay can enter. It's punishment for a policy or trade infractions.
Biden isn't an anti-globalist, he wants to be in the Paris climate accords, which I could give a fuck about the climate, it's the pollution I do care about, not just air.
Biden is looking to get back into the TPP, which could reduce our trade deficit with China, hopefully.
