86.6% percent say "Yes" to allowing businesses to require "vax" passports

I would expect this to be the next step in Vaccinations.

1. You want everyone in your 'working space' free of any sickness.
2. You want others to see your space as being 'safe' for them to enter.
3. Government would see this as an 'inducement' for the general public to get vaccinated.

I have a son working in DC at a Metro Station 80 feet below ground that just got a Letter from his Employer (a 'To Whom It May Concern' letter) stating that their Employees were 'Vital Workers' in regards to Vaccine qualifications.

Agreed. My understanding is they can't fire them per se for not being vaccinated. That, legally it's best to send them home without pay until the crisis passes.
 
how did we eradicate polio and diptheria and measles and whooping cough and mumps and chickenpox in our society....(more or less)?

vaccinations, especially mandatory vaccinations for kids in public school.

Same here. Or just have a drive-up window. Such jobs have a high risk of catching and/or transmitting a virus.
 
The problem with so called vax passports even before we get into the morality of such a program is that if they were required an entire industry would spring up to provide fakes.

Sure people could forge one. The business won't last long because eventually, with all the vaccinations of sane people, Trump's COVID crisis will be over.

Eventually. I always get my shots and schedule my annual physical in October to coincide with flu season. That may have to include some kind of SARS/COVID shot too at some point.

Thankfully, (or sadly in the MAGA cases) most will not die. Thankfully, those with co morbidities or just aging issues, will all be vaccinated. I have neither, but have gotten my first shot. I want to be a statistic. Maybe the state will hasten the opening process.
