Why Boycott Atlanta but not Beijing Olympics?

We both know that's true, but that doesn't stop the faux Xtian haters like PiMP, Toxic, RB, etc. from claiming that they represent the typical Reichwing Christian.

Faux Christians should be seen for who they are. Remember that saying a few years back after 9/11: "Don't blame all Muslims for the actions of a few?"
Like that except for Christians.

Yep, you're right. The vast majority of both Christians and Muslims are decent ppl. There are a handful of good ones here as well, but the majority just pay lip service while engaged in doing everything *but* behaving in a Christ-like fashion.

You gotta take care of your own backyard before you help others.

Yes, and living in an international community means you get along as best you can with adversaries, not spurn them because they aren't like you. Pretty basic stuff.

It's a political forum and what is being seen are political "christians" not Christians who are political. Political partisans were usually nutjobs looking for an excuse to blame others.

Most people have read about "I love Jesus. It's his fan club I can't stand". A t-shirt I once had was more direct "Jesus loves you but the rest of us think you're an asshole."

i'm not the crazy bird...

MLB does not play games or have team franchises in China.

You complained when president Biden sanctioned Putin for poisoning journalists and imprisoning democratic opposition leaders - so you have no business complaining about human rights
And he lied about expanded voting times.

I couldn't help but notice that you didn't give a shit about that during the Four Long Years of Sorrow.

As Jarod said, let's clean up our own human violations act before we start pointing at others'.
He's watching Fox again. We're never going to stop any other country's method of carrying on in society.

We can stop Republican anti democracy efforts here, though.

ther GA law actually expands voting times (another Biden lie it doesn't)

China violates human rights not just the Uyghers - but shut down the democracy movement in Hong Kong
(violating the treaty not to that returned HK to China)

Because dumb ass Woke dont really GAF about human rights unless it's politically advantaged for Dems

BIDEN'S EMPLOYERS FORBID IT....

And only in lefty world is voting inconvenience a ‘human rights issue’.
Inconvenience? You do realize that the law will attempt to purge hundreds of thousands of voters (again)? Worse yet, any number of votes can be challenged by anyone in the nation, without reason. Local election boards have been removed, and challenged votes will be reviewed by Kemp.

I'd say that's a little more than 'inconvenient'.

Nope. Realpolitik accepts the presence of systems of government alien to our own, which is the subject of your thread argument. There are many undemocratic national governments. We don’t spurn them for that.
