HAHAHA. Case against Chauvin so weak prosecutor brings in George Floyd daughter

You quoted the author of the source. I quoted the actual coroner's report.

Oddly, you failed to link to it, and instead linked to the Newsweek article I cited.

You quoted the author of the source. I quoted the actual coroner's report.

The county coroner's report said that Floyd's death had been caused by the "combined effects of Mr Floyd's being restrained by police, underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system".

And the defense lawyer will ask the jury how Chauvin was supposed to know about Floyd’s medical history before he used the neck restraint. And Floyd’s lawyers can expect to be pounded on the fact Floyd was loaded up on Fentanyl.

Should be fun to watch the Trumptards attempt to impugn the Firefighter who testified today. Have at it fellas. Let's see how sexist you can get.

We now have TWO public servants who both felt compelled to report what they saw in real time because it was so egregious. This can't end well.

Chauvin is going down for manslaughter and unlawful use of force. He is finished as a cop. However, there is nothing to substantiate a murder conviction, which is what people are wanting to see. That will lead to more destruction in Minneapolis.

You’re probably correct.

Drugs did not kill Floyd. In comments, Baker said that he could not say that drugs killed Floyd. Baker himself ruled the death a homicide. So either Chauvin injected Floyd with drugs as he was strangling him to death in broad daylight on a public street or you don't know what you're talking about.

Dr. Andrew Baker, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, say Floyd had 11 ng/mL of fentanyl in his system.

"If he were found dead at home alone and no other apparent causes, this could be acceptable to call an OD. Deaths have been certified with levels of 3," Baker told investigators.

Baker said, "That is a fatal level of fentanyl under normal circumstances."

Except he wasn’t, was he, stupid fuck. He was killed by the cop.

Hmmmm. The disparity between investigations of Democrats and Republicans by the federal government dwarfs anything Oboober complained of.

If Donald Trump Jr. had done 1% of what Hunter Biden routinely skates on.....

Ruh roh. More make believe “if/would” bullshit. Wave your white flag, loser.

Problem is that the ME says that isn't what killed him, your impression of "delight in the man's eye" notwithstanding.

He will doubtless be convicted, just as Alfred Dreyfus was, and with the same legal justification, IMO.

Homicide.

And the prosecution will say that a trained police officer with good intentions and sound judgment wouldn't kneel on an incapacitated, handcuffed, unconscious, unbreathing man for nine and a half minutes.

But let's do it your way for a second. Even if the death was caused by the "combined effects" of strangulation, intoxication, and poor overall health, why are people like you and Legion so desperate to excuse Chauvin's actions? Unless you are a truly sick fuck beyond the imagination of horror movie directors, you can't possibly believe that Chavin's actions were justified or reasonable. Nine and a half minutes. Half of which Floyd was completely unresponsive. People go to jail for killing cats in less horrific ways. Chauvin should be locked up for the rest of his life.

The whole reaction among the deplorables is so stupid. It's a defensive reaction among white people because the victim was black. But when we disregard the issues of race (which is practically impossible, but just for the sake of the argument), I really do believe that nearly everyone would call Chauvin a criminal and the death indefensible. If a faceless, colorless shadow wearing the uniform of a police officer handcuffed and incapacitated a faceless, colorless shadow that was facedown on asphalt and then proceeded to throat choke him with his knee for nine and a half minutes, any reasonable person would be outraged. Hell, the State Department would call it a human rights violation and recall our ambassador.

So what do we really have in these JPP posters and others who are turning purple in the face trying to justify what Chauvin did? We already know the answer to that.

Floyd wasn't found at home. That's why both autopsies, including the one you keep citing because you think it supports your conclusion better (it doesn't), ruled the death a homicide. If I drive off a bridge and die while drunk, we'll never know if the alcohol killed me. We do know that driving a car off a bridge definitely killed me.

If the defense found some bottom feeding dumbass like you and got him on the jury, Chauvin will be back on the street in uniform trying to handle the riots that will burn his city to ashes.

Even with that, in order to avoid prosecution and likely conviction, all he had to do was act like a human being instead of a sociopathic narcissist. Seriously. Once he was cuffed and no longer a threat every second he stayed on that man's neck was just because it gave him a chubby to show the crowd around him how much he was in charge.

That's one interpretation. The technique the officer used is in fact the one approved by the department.

Have you seen the video?
