9th Circuit Court has ruled that there is no right to carry, openly or concealed

The right is sooo sociopathic and stupid they actually think the founders only wanted Their rights protected by the Amendment process

They have broken fucking brains

They hate everyone who is not exactly like them

And believe those people “FAKE” having protections under the founders design

Utter fucking lame brained assholes with no morals

Exactly who they fought against to secure rights for all

What always trips up the libtards is a total ignorance of the Bill of Rights, which is essentially a laundry list of restrictions on government power, from beginning to end.

To somehow believe in the midst of such a list is a statement affirming that the new government has the right to have a military is ridiculous, because it would be both misplaced and unnecessary.

Where has the right of a sovereign nation to have its own military ever been questioned?

Why sandwich a single government power in the midst of a lengthy list of restrictions on government power?

Fucking meaningless babble asshole

You don’t get to say Americans can’t work to secure THEIR rights because you don’t like them

The founders wrote the constitution to keep assholes just like you at bay

Your perceived rights don’t matter asshole

UNLESS THE MAJORITY OF AMERICANS AGREE

THEY DONT AGREE WITH YOUR IDIOTS SMEARING OF THE CONSTITUTION

So your asshole cheat in elections to Stop the people from having the power to self govern

The founders would throw you in a bog

I was discussing a laundry list of restrictions on government in the Bill of Rights, and you responded with a litany of strawman arguments.

Again, what is your point? Other than the one on top of your head obviously.

I don't disagree with the framers about single thing. You do. They literally watched law enforcement practice for decades and uttered nary a peep.

It took over a century for you liberals to start discovering rights the framers never mentioned.

Why would you assume your fellow liberals are correct in one area and wrong in every other? I would assume their agenda of 100% destruction includes making the American people less safe.

Finally, do you consider yourself a "pathetic American" for relying upon judicial review, which you yourself said is unconstitutional?

Dear fucking idiot

You don’t get to say who’s rights are worthy

The founders designed a system for that

Your take can’t even win elections without cheating to steal power from the majority

Do you think the founders want you evil fucks to cheat instead of honoring the democracy they designed?

Fuck you evil shits

The founders would have shot you as traitors

Fuck you very much

jane, you ignorant slut. stop talking about shit you know nothing about

"The very purpose of a Bill of Rights was to withdraw certain subjects from the vicissitudes of political controversy, to place them beyond the reach of majorities and officials and to establish them as legal principles to be applied by the courts. One's right to life, liberty, and property, to free speech, a free press, freedom of worship and assembly, and other fundamental rights may not be submitted to vote; they depend on the outcome of no elections."
: Robert H. Jackson, US Supreme Court Justice West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette, 319 U.S. 624 (1943)

More strawman arguments. Sad.

Discussing the Constitution with you is like engaging in a discussion with a screeching homeless woman in a bus terminal, carrying a half dozen shopping bags, about aliens and UFOs.

The 9th Circus obviously didn't do its homework--as usual...

This has already been decided at the Supreme Court, and the 9th Circus ruling is in opposition to settled law

https://www.cnn.com/2010/CRIME/06/28/us.scotus.handgun.ban/index.html
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McDonald_v._City_of_Chicago

This thread's OP also misrepresents what the ruling was.

https://news.yahoo.com/u-appeals-court-rules-states-194242707.html

The ruling was that restrictions could be placed on open carry, etc., not that it could be abolished in its entirety. As for concealed carry, same thing. It can be regulated but outright abolition is going to be incredibly hard to justify. Chicago, among other places found that out. So, making onerous laws that for all intents abolish allowing someone to possess a firearm outside their home is a really tough position to defend when it comes to courts in general.
The 9th Circus just happens to have some of the nation's leading idiots in all things legal on it and has a long reputation of having their decisions overturned by adults on appeal.

I did a bit of searching to bone up on the legal ramifications of this issue and found that suddenly the sites I was visiting were all presenting sensationalized clickbait on shootings.

It appears the way the internet works leads to more gun violence.

Which is utterly irrelevant to the reality that the Supremes decide, and the gov't does have the power to create and maintain restrictions.

Cry more, little bitch.

jury nullification, for real americans. anyone who needs black robed tyrants and their enablers to tell them what the constitution means is a failure as an american

police are there to help enforce the laws/provide justice for victims of those that break the law..........which has nothing to do with being protected from ourselves

WHAT!........who is robbing and shooting Americans every day...........if they're not Americans who the fuck are they

you're boring me to death.......later dumberthanmost
