BLACK, BROWN, ASIAN, WHITE SOLIDARITY - THE FUTURE OF AMERICA IS HERE

We can look at California as an example. It's a state where Democrats control every statewide elected office and have a super majority in Congress. Biden won the state by some 30%. When Feinstein ran for re-election in 2018 Republicans couldn't get enough votes in the primary to run a candidate against her. Her opponent was another Democrat. In much of the Bay Area and L.A. Republicans don't run any candidates.

So there is definite unity in being anti-Republican. However among Democrats there is still a level of disunity. When Harris left the Senate to be VP Newsom replaced her with California's first Hispanic Senator, and there a number of pissed off black people that he didn't appoint another black woman. The white Jewish Democratic Mayor of Oakland, who spent much of Trump's Presidency calling him a racist, is now being called a racist herself for her response to black on Asian crime in Oakland. There are big fights over the over representation of Asians in Universities and top high schools.

The world is never going to be perfect so maybe this is all acceptable to a degree as long as Republicans aren't in charge. But living here you see up close and personal that this unity thing only goes so far.

you racist ca republicans run the
oc and san diego....................republicans got voted out for a reason..........see dunken hunter

Oh, I should ask a third question:

Is America a nation determined by shared ideas, culture, and a philosophy, or is it a nation determined by ethnicity, gender, and the origin of it's citizens?

It is to be a nation directed by and policed by committees of the Woke.

Say whatever you want, I still want those claiming that the "browning" of America, multiculturalism and the like, are good things and how that is. They should be able to explain their position. Yes, I know they can't and won't. They'll respond with rhetoric, empty platitudes, and then ad hominem and vitriol, but that's why one should ask these questions. It exposes the insanity, hypocrisy, and idiocy of their position.

You give them too much credit....there is only power there is no such thing as truth, so there can be no position.....there is only what you want and getting what you want according to the Regressive Leftists.....and language is just another tool to use for the getting what you want.

Beside, all they learned in their programing, which was done at our former education system and Universities is bullshit, lies, power tactics and slogans....they cant argue their way out of a paper bag.....they never even sniffed education.

Question: Is requiring ID to withdraw money from a bank a necessity or should banks take the word of the person wanting cash in hand?

First off, if you're going to pick up the gauntlet for someone else you should either answer the question or meet the burden of proof. Countering with another question is a dodge to not concede a point.

Secondly, Your private bank is your personal contract with you...not a public one or a national one. Note that the ID you use to open a bank account is the same ID used to intially get on the voter rolls. In my town, a yellow card is mailed to my house noting that I live at this address, my party affiliation and where my polling station is located. When I go to vote, there's a poll worker who just asks my name and address, she finds it in the registered ledger and I sign in. Signatures can be checked, but if it's a matter of insuring identity, you can just bring with you a stamped letter from where ever, showing that the USPS has validated your ID.

Also note that most banks don't issue photo ID bank cards....just one with a serial number mailed to your house/apartment.

A LOT of people can't afford new ID cards or go through the hassle of finding or obtaining their birth certificate to hustle out to one or two offices, etc., etc. This is especially true for our elderly population who have voted for YEARS without any trouble.

America’s future will rest in the hands of the burgeoning solidarity between black, brown, Asian, and white Americans, and everytime republicans try to drive wedges between these groups, the stronger the alliances grow.

Currently, the Republican playbook demands that a wedge be invented to shift the blame from trump for his anti-Asian hate speech that has resulted in increased violence against Asian and Asian American people, including the senseless murders of innocent people at 3 Atlanta area massage parlors recently. That playbook demands that the conversation be shifted away from trump and the white male who actually committed these horrific murders, but instead talk about real and concocted rifts between African-Americans and Asians. This is typical Republican behavior that never works. Attempts to create division between these groups only result in stronger alliances between them, and this one is no different. As we speak, conversations are being had and plans are being developed between Asian and African-American leaders to address the rising violence against Asian people. Both groups have a long history of cooperation, and African-Americans have been warning Asians about complacency against RW hate for many years.

What will emerge from these conversations and actions will be a stronger bond between them. Both groups already vote overwhelmingly against the Republican Party, but greater coordination creates and even more powerful voice.

The same can be said of attempted wedges between Hispanics and African-Americans. Try as you might, it won’t work. In spite of some divisions, there are too many cultural ties to our communities for the majority of Hispanics to buy into the failed Republican mindfuck, and the proposed initiative for statehood for Puerto Rico only adds more fuel to that fire.

Also simmering underneath the headlines is the rising consciousness of large segments of white America, particularly among white women, who are leaving the Republican Party in droves. They don’t need to be persuaded about the failure of republicans to address their issues and the nation’s issues, they already know .. Leaving trump to have to beg for their votes, “Please like me”

These alliances leave the Republican Party and it’s white male membership virtually standing alone completely controlled by its Qanon believers of the absurd, and moronic racists of every stripe. The future does not belong to them in any way, shape, or form.

Republicans have no counter to these growing alliances that took shape in the 2020 elections, because their is no word in the RW language for “unity” Division is all they have.

Great way of putting things at letting idiots realize who think they own America that the U.S. is a nation of immigrants, founded by immigrants, built by people of all ethnic and religious backgrounds and defended by people of all racial and religious backgrounds during all wars. All it takes is researching U.S. history going all the way back to the Independence War to understand that.

And to understand that commie pussies never had any part of that. They just want the power and wealth without ever fighting to make something.

Biden wouldn’t dare push voter ID lol.

It’s ridiculous to not have to show proof of citizenship to vote. Unless you want non-citizens to vote.

Wrong argument.

If one has to prove they are a citizen to register to vote, then they have the identification necessary to prove who they are when they go to vote. It's that simple. If you are arguing that you don't need to positively identify yourself as eligible to vote when registering, then you are arguing that nobody needs to prove who they are when voting.

And therein lies the problem when you try, as the QOP does, to exalt one group (whites) over the others. The others will band together against you, and you'll find that you have plenty of those in your own group willing to join them.

The white nationalists are going to end up creating the very nightmare that keeps them awake at night -- a nation where they are no longer the majority, and no longer hold economic and legal power over others.

Here in Texas whites are already the minority, most don't actually realize it or even care most are used to people of color, especially Latinos and Mexicans, after all it was a territory of Mexico at one time and half the names of the fallen at the Alamo are Spanish names.

Here in Texas you are registered when you get your DL, now some people do not have a DL, so they have to jump through different hoops to get and ID. Just so ya know.

Yes, but what went wrong?

There is a very good argument is that the root cause is the rotting out and increasing death of Christianity, we are lost without it, there was no replacement but for this shitty WOKE and the Victim Culture Cult. .

Everyone I run with is desperately running around trying to figure out what went wrong, why are people now so fucked in the head and even worse with evil in their hearts...everyone but Paglia....she is all "I warned you...you refused to listen....".

Doesn't change that you have to prove you're entitled to a driver's license. Unlike many blue states, Texas like Arizona won't give a license to an illegal alien. I would also suspect that they require something like a birth certificate to get your initial license if you haven't had one before.
Thus, if you can get a driver's license then you can produce an ID to vote.

I am still unclear as to what the connection between driving and voting is. I have no problem with a foreigner who can drive well getting a drivers license, and an American who is unable to drive should be allowed to vote.
