So, you are a liar or a coward... which is it...

Good! The TrumpTards get to lose AGAIN!!! This election has been so very satisfying. It's the gift that keeps on giving.
Not only did Trump and his dick-sucking minions lose. They tried to convince everyone the election was a fraud. They brought 60+ lawsuits that were laughed out of court. Trump's hair-dye attorney and the Kraken woman were mocked and ridiculed during their press conference at a parking lot of a landscape company.
Trump's supporters like the My Pillow guy and FoxNews were sued by Dominion Software for fomenting The Big Lie.
They attempted a treasonous riot of the Capitol and got arrested and fired from their jobs and humiliated in their home towns.
Trump and his minion followers have been the biggest, whiniest losers of a Presidential Election in the history of American Elections.

They keep trying but keep losing. They're losing so much, you'd think they'd get tired of losing. But that's what happens when you follow a LOSER!!!

the whole nation is watching you lie all the time. We've just given you enough rope.

I asked if they counted. It wasn't whataboutism, a confession or an excuse. You are taking Jarod to task for inciting violence but not a fucking peep about the hundreds of posts from RWers doing it until now. Why?

FBI getting too close? Afraid of a Twitter ban? I'm genuinely curious why you are flip-flopping now. What do you think #STOPtheSTEAL was all about? Peaceful protesting?

Example: https://www.justplainpolitics.com/s...factured-450-000-votes-in-battleground-states

Lots of incitement in there. Doesn't pushing someone into the sea mean to murder them by drowning?

Inciting people to violence is wrong, but I see Jarod doing nothing worse than has been done before on JPP.

Most likely I was not on the board. Some of what you say is "incitement" isn't though. Saying, 'you don't have guns, yaay and you live on the coast' isn't inciting anyone to violence, for instance.

What about #STOPTHESTEAL and pushing those who disagree into the sea?

That was just a quick 3 minute look. I can put more effort into proving JPP has tacitly condoned violence between the election and January 6th if you like.

The point being is that, while the forum is yours to rule, fairness is an important business tool.

You know emotions can get heated and people say stupid shit all the time. Sure, you have to do something about it if it crosses a legal line.

OTOH, since Jarod is a lawyer (according to him :) ) I suspect he knows where the legal limits exist.

Your point lol?

Well, notably (even with joking emoticon) he clearly was joking. Unlike here where Jarod once again suggested he would be manly enough to shoot you if he thought it was true, so why aren't you shooting folks?

there is a huge distance between noting facts "You don't have guns and congregated near the oceans, all we need to do is convince you to keep going" <joking emoticon> (paraphrasing), and saying. Man, I'd kill some fools, but you are just too weak and stupid (suggesting an action, and wondering why you aren't, because if you weren't a coward surely you'd be blowing folks away), is inciting. And he knows where the legal limits exist, hence the reason I gave him a precedent case where someone was imprisoned for making much the same type of statement to another who took action...

Anyway, noting facts does not suggest an action to another. Saying, Why aren't you shooting folks because I sure would! absolutely is suggesting an action to others.

so when you pushed your friends in the pool you were murdering them? have you repented? forgiveness is out there.

Who here isn't manly enough to shoot a person who deserved it? Especially in self defense? Wouldn't it have saved a lot of pain and lives if someone had capped Hodgkinson, Roof or Rodgers in the back of the head after their first shot? I carry for self-defense. Do you?

I have a lot more guns than I care to clean, but it's difficult selling them because of the fucking Democrats. OTOH, if Trump had successfully become a dictator, I'd have used them to great effectiveness against everyone who swore fealty to the dictator. Is that "inciting violence"?

If someone (rhymes with lump) won the election by some means you thought was cheating, then I started telling you, "Why haven't you shot some folks, because if they stole the election from "us" I sure would, you coward. It's because you know he won and you secretly love you some (rhymes with lump)!" I would say I was inciting you to act. Just as I say that Jarod has likely gone a step further than the point he'd tell his client to stop.

What about the Democrats swearing an oath to Mr. executive dictator order himself Pedo Joe?

Why can't you say "Trump"? Is that the secret word?

If an asshole spent months screaming about civil war, stopping the steal and pushing Democrats into the sea then suddenly stopped, I'd think they more than just loudmouthed cowards. I'd call them retarded fucking morons who should be adjudicated to never own firearms.
