you called me "chico" demeaning my latino heritage just in this thread for one. in the other thread, where I pointed out your racist face covering you made links to me being hispanic to gang banging and other racist crap. Why do that? I have not attacked you, I have not called you names, in two languages no less. you do not know me, so why be negative?

look buddy, I think the confederate flag is a hate symbol, I think you thinking because I am hispanic that I have ties to gangs is racist, I think calling me out of my name "chico" due to my Hispanic heritage is racist.


That's simply my opinion, you can call me all sorts of names in all the languages you want. it doesn't bother me. I joined this site to discuss politics, not to fight with some guy hurling racist comments at me while sporting a confederate battle flag bandanna face covering.

I never called you a racist asshole. I said your behavior was racist, as is your avatar. I try not to name call or get personal for that matter, I will opine on ones actions and statements, but I see no reason to call you names, especially racist ones like you have called me on multiple occasions, I do not see a need for it, nor do I think it helps make one look competent when debating.

I never called you a racist as far as I remember as I try to avoid labeling, you are hedging. but if you like I will make it easy for you, given your racist comments, your attacks on my heritage and you wearing a racist hate symbol, suggesting you are a racist would not be too farfetched given the evidence.

Thanks for the confession that you labeled me a racist for my avatar. You also lied several times calling it a flag, when it's clearly a bandana.

Thanks also for playing the Race Card, pendejo. It proves you're a liar and a coward since 1) I have no idea what your heritage is and 2) I don't like foreign assholes trying to interfere in US politics.

the fact that it is a flag or a bandanna is irrelevant your bandana is a representation of the confederate battle flag a racist hate symbol of an insurrection. It's offensive, like a swastika. Which is ironic if you think about it given this thread is also about an insurrection.

incorrect, I was having a conversation with ThatOwlWoman about the racist hate symbol the confederate flag, you then showed up and I pointed it out to her, then you started attacking, you first denied it was a confederate battle flag bandanna mincing words "bandanna and flag". then posted that girl in a confederate battle flag bikini.

Then we argued some about it then you found out I was a hispanic Amiercan ex-pat living in costa rica and started suggesting I was like a gang banger, calling me chico, and other racist statements.

That's what actually happened, Mi amigo.



So if you have a good reason to have a racists hate symbol on your face, you could have tried to explain yourself at any time, instead, you started attacking me on my race, my ethnicity and where I live.

I had a few people warn me about you, it seems they may be right.

So, now it goes from a general case to a specific one (reducto ad absurdum). In the few cases where someone was charged with this, they likely will be prohibited. The mob there didn't kill any police officers. The one that was hospitalized died from non-riot related causes. So says the doctors, so says his family. None were "maimed" either. No police officers involved lost limbs, fingers, were disfigured, etc., the usual definition of maimed.

Charging a large crowd with the actions of a few within it won't fly the way say, being the get away driver for a bank robbery gets you charged with that crime. Prosecutors would have to show proximate cause--that is the person was present at the point where the crime happened and was reasonably knowledgeable of its occurrence. They can't charge someone say, a block away who knew nothing of this particular criminal event with being part of that event.
