Nobody canceled Dr. Seuss! Idiots!

Ebay is selling those books. "If I Ran the Zoo" currently goes over $100 to $200 in bids. You had better hurry!!!!!!!!!!

Yes they did announce that. Does that mean they will never ever change the decision?

I'd say there's a pretty good chance the answer is no. You don't nuke your brand and expect to bring it back some day. Just trying to be logical here. What makes you think they'll bring it back?

I don't care about these books, I'm just concerned what it signals as far as the direction out society is heading

What does the right wing media do when there is a popular Democratic President making great progress?

Go all in on fake culture wars!

Nobody banned Dr. Seuss or Mr. Potato head.

Of course not. But it's the wrong time of year for the "War on Christmas," so they gotta go with what they got. A "War on St. Patrick's Day" doesn't create enough outrage. lol

Good point it’s the same game as the fake war on Christmas.

Nowhere does it say why the 6 obscure books were canceled, The 6 books did not sell.

But some aspects of Seuss’s work have not aged well, including his debut, which features a crude racial stereotype of an Asian man with slanted lines for eyes. “Mulberry Street” was one of six of his books that the Seuss estate said it would stop selling this week, after concluding that the egregious racial and ethnic stereotypes in the works “are hurtful and wrong.”

This is silly even Seusse apologized for his content. The author does not defend it, why are they? Oh yes,
where racial stereotypes meet their precious right to be outraged, you know where racist Trumplings will stand.
They stand always for wrong. I'm sure if you want to be a racist and wallow in racism, and are a really ambitious and nerdlike
racist, you can source some other rhyming adult content to sate your hate. We shouldn't spread the hate to children and you can still be a racist and prob
obtain these selections on Ebay anyway. Problem solved. I mean except for your poutrage over racism.

So the Seuss estate (who own the book rights) are “the liberals”?

If they own it, is it not their decision?

Republicans in congress are stalling and opposing a popular Covid relief plan, so what does Fox do... make you look the fool!

Probably because of ridiculous pork inserted into the bill.

And both sides of Congress pull that crap.

Why can't they just write a clean, simple bill, hmm?
