What will mean success for the teaparty turnout?

You do not have the right under US law including the constitution to take up arms against the nation because you dont like a Scotus decision.

You are talking treason and then wrapping yourself the the very documents you are wiping your ass with.

Incorrect:

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it's natural manure." Thomas Jefferson 1787 Nov. 13.

Our country is set up (by the founders) to have the scotus interpret the constitution.

I dont remember it being some guy on that series of tubes who gets to define the constitution?

you're still stupidly wrong. The founders didn't set up the judiciary to interpret crap. The judiciary GAVE themselves this power in Marbury v. Madison.

we DO have that right. you'll need to reeducate yourself with the declaration of independence and the constitution again. try doing it through clear glasses instead of DNC glasses.

You are wrong.

If a delusion person desides the to interperate the constitution says he is king and starts killing Americans he will be no more right than you will be.

Oh look under a main entry:

m-w.com

Not used much because of the awkward sound. Consider using "caregiver" instead for better clarity.

"Caregiver" is a little too Americanised for me thanks.

Did you know that we also call "cookies" - biscuits, and our word for "sidewalk" is pavement?

It's like if i were to call you a "faggot". In our language i would simply be insinuating that you were a regional meat dish.

Lexicography - an excellent pastime, what?

Yeah and your hood is a bonnet and trunk is a lid. Lucky for us or you'd be speaking German. :p

Your interpitation of the constitution is wrong and that is proven by the scotus decisions about gun laws.
which only proves right my earlier assertion that the constitution was easily understood when it was written and that it took politicians, lawyers, judges, and apparently idiot deomcrats to muck it all up.

You are not more legally right than the nut who says the constitution makes him the king.

tell me, was SCOTUS right about dred v. scott?

And now you're all going to be speaking Spanish before too long.

Swings and roundabouts, eh?
Nah- at worst we'll be like those dumb Canucks with a segregated society- French and English. We won't be forced to speak German like y'all would have been if we didn't step in and save your limey arses.

We do not conceal from ourselves the great responsibility which this duty devolves upon us. No questions so far reaching and pervading in their consequences, so profoundly interesting to the people of this country, and so important in their bearing upon the relations of the United States and of the several States to each other, and to the citizens of the states and of the United States, have been before this court during the official life of any of its present members. We have given every opportunity for a full hearing at the bar; we have discussed it freely and compared views among ourselves; we have taken ample time for careful deliberation, and we now propose to announce the judgments which we have formed in the construction of those articles, so far as we have found them necessary to the decision of the cases before us, and beyond that we have neither the inclination nor the right to go.”

—Slaughterhouse Cases: 83 U.S. 36, at 67 (1873)

dred scott case decided that even with the 13th Amendment, slaves or former slaves could not be citizens of the united states.

slaugherhouse cases dealt with the rights of US citizenship, not state citizenship.

two totally different issues.
