why should tax payers have to pay for Texans high utility bills?

Yes, I live in Texas and Love the State, so my information is First Hand.

They will get it fixed and yes there are pluses and minuses to going it alone, but there are only a few States that could actually do it, Texas is one of them.

Agreed. Let all States and citizens stop paying money to the Federal government except to pay for the military and a diplomatic corps. We don't need all the Federal apparatus for Energy, Education, FDA, blah, blah, blah like you've suggested. :thup:
