Does everyone believe Trump is guilty of insurrection?

Of course not. Thats why the senate will NOT convict you silly little girl.
 
He clearly isn't and that's why the house didn't even bother opening an investigation into it since there was nothing to find.

This is just another stupid political stunt by the liberals.

Plenty of people busted for publically saying they were there but not a single one said it was because Trump told them to and he never did tell them to, in fact he told them to demonstrate peacefully which the media is trying to hide and apparently doing a good job of.

Trump is guilty but he'll never see the inside of a jail unless he's visiting Junior and/or Ivanka. He won't visit Stephen Miller.

Investigating the situation to see if there is evidence worthy to justify impeachment.

It is supposed to be standard procedure and has always been followed.

Th evidence they find is used at the senate trial and if you watched their ridiculous prosecution you will notice the did not provide one piece of evidence as proof that Trump incited anything.

Their entire case is based on emotion and that they think Trump is a bad man and you can clearly see Trumps team ready to tear them up but they are waiting and arguing some freedom of speech thing.

The democrats offered no specific language from Trump which supports them nor could try provide a single bit of evidence of anyone saying they were only doing this because Trump told them and there are mountains of recordings of the event before, during, and after.

This whole thing is a fucking joke.

They presented lots of evidence. Did you watch any of the trial?
 
I knew he was guilty the day it happened, but the Dems did put on a very good case. My assumption is the next two days will be mainly worthless yammering but they do not actually have to put on a defense now do they, the defendant owns enough of the jury to win. The good thing is they get them on record supporting insurrection.
