I was seeing someone say that rehab is a lot like ethanol and single bin recycling programs.....sure sounded like a good ideas once...we wanted to believe but decades into doing them they obviously are not a good ideas....but like with addicts we refuse to admit the truth and stop.....we also refuse to work to come up with something better.

EDIT: I also remember that in the 70's some very smart people said that LSD therapy is the answer, but we refused to look into that idea.
