China, VZ, Cuba and North Korea are still in the "socialist phase" that is supposed to lead to communism.

a doctrine based on revolutionary Marxian socialism and Marxism-Leninism that was the official ideology of the U.S.S.R.
b: a totalitarian system of government in which a single authoritarian party controls state-owned means of production

That is not a rebuttal. Marx's whole scam hinged on selling the "dissolution of gov't" to the peasants. It was an easy sell, given the peasant hatred of the monarchial landed aristocracy.
